QuickBooks and Quicken Users

Beginning the afternoon of Friday, October 18 and through the morning of Monday, October 21, 2024, State Savings Bank will be upgrading our systems to provide an enhanced customer experience. This upgrade will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software, so please take action to ensure a smooth transition.

NOTE: Intuit aggregation services for Quicken Windows/Mac Express (QFX) Web Connect and QuickBooks Online (QBO) Express Web Connect may be interrupted for up to 5 business days during this upgrade. Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file prior to the outage.
 

Monday, October 14
A data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed by October 14. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since transaction history might not be available after the upgrade.


Monday, October 21
By October 21, complete the steps as detailed below to deactivate/reactivate your online banking connection. This will ensure that your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts will be properly set up with the new connection.

Conversion instructions

After the migration is complete the week of October 21, please carefully review your downloaded transactions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
