QuickBooks and Quicken Users

State Savings Bank has upgraded our systems to provide an enhanced customer experience. This upgrade requires that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software, so please take action to ensure a smooth transition.

NOTE: Intuit aggregation services for Quicken Windows/Mac Express (QFX) Web Connect and QuickBooks Online (QBO) Express Web Connect may be interrupted for up to 5 business days during this upgrade. Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file prior to the outage.

Complete the steps as detailed below to deactivate/reactivate your online banking connection. This will ensure that your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts will be properly set up with the new connection.

After the migration is complete the week of October 21, please carefully review your downloaded transactions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
