FEB 2022 – State Savings Bank has brought full-service community banking to Suttons Bay. The office, located next to The Bay Theatre at 212 N. St. Joseph Street, offers a full range of personal and business banking; mortgage, commercial and consumer lending.

The full-service office is managed by Theresa Forrest. Theresa is joined by commercial lender Jim Sanford and retail manager Eric Coles.

Eric brings more than 13 years of professional experience to his new position, eight of which are in retail banking. He holds a bachelor’s degree from University of North Carolina at Pembroke.

Since opening as a Loan Center in January 2021, State Savings Bank has become a leading residential and commercial lender in Leelanau County.
