Welcome, Erica!

JUNE 2024 – We are pleased to welcome Erica Smith as a Mortgage Loan Originator, serving customers throughout the Grand Traverse region.

Erica brings more than 20 years of customer service experience to her new role, as well as extensive business management expertise and community involvement. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Ferris State University.
