Hello, Suttons Bay!

FEB 2021 – We are happy to announce that our loan center in Suttons Bay is now open. The new office, located at 212 N. St. Joseph Street, next to The Bay Theatre, offers mortgages and consumer lending products such as home equity loans -- as well as access to the bank’s commercial lending services.

The Suttons Bay office is led by Theresa Forrest, who joined the bank in December as manager and consumer loan officer. Theresa will be accompanied by Brayton Farr, who has been a Mortgage Originator with State Savings Bank since March 2020.

Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The new phone number is (231) 866-4601.

Established in 1901, State Savings Bank has offices in Traverse City, Empire, Frankfort, Beulah and Gaylord and loan centers in Big Rapids, Caro, Houghton Lake and Suttons Bay.
